ASRock X870E Taichi Lite is an Extended ATX motherboard for Socket AM5, designed around the AMD X870 chipset to support the latest Ryzen platforms and advanced connectivity.

This board natively supports AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 Series processors on the Socket AM5 platform, delivering compatibility for high-performance CPUs from AMD.

Memory support is modern and generous with four DDR5 DIMM slots supporting up to 256 GB of dual-channel DDR5 memory, ECC and non-ECC compatibility, and overclocked speeds up to 8000 MHz for extreme memory configurations.

Storage options are extensive, including three M.2 slots (one PCIe 5.0 x4 2280, one PCIe 4.0 2280, one PCIe 3.0 2280), six SATA III ports and a total of up to seven storage devices with RAID 0/1 support for redundancy or performance tuning.
